Forum

The Forum is the largest conference room available in our Chamber of Commerce. It is suitable for events such as general meetings, conventions, lectures, award ceremonies and specialist conferences. It was completely renovated in 2023 and equipped with state-of-the-art event technology. The foyer of the forum is the reception area and is suitable for checkroom and registration. It is always available when the Forum is rented and is included in the usage fee. The foyer cannot be rented independently of the Forum.

Special features

The room has a BeMatrix wall (7.936 m x 2.480 m), on which the print can be exchanged for an additional charge. The hall and adjoining rooms are equipped with speakers which can forward the sound from the Forum. The foyer is equipped with a counter, lounge furniture and two screens. There is a contractual obligation to service providers for equipment, event technology or catering. We recommend our framework contract partner.

Depending on the type and duration of the event, additional costs may be incurred for cleaning, security, fire watch, security management and supervision.
