Hamburg Business Mediation Centre

The Hamburg Business Mediation Centre is situated at the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce and supported by the Hamburg Bar Association and the Hamburger Institut für Mediation e. V. The Centre supports business people/businesses in business conflicts with and between businesses in Hamburg and the metropolitan area of Hamburg (which spans into sections of Lower Saxony, Schleswig-Holstein and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern) with information about mediation. It provides the Hamburg Business Mediation Rules (Hamburg Mediation Rules) and a list of highly qualified business mediators.
