The Chamber of Commerce and Industry offers a perfect setting for meetings and events. We would be delighted if you choose our premises for your next event.
Bookingperiods
Please send us your booking request no later than 4 weeks before your event. Here, certain information is imperative, therefore please only use our booking request (nicht barrierefrei, PDF-Datei · 635 KB). Required fields aremarked therewith a *. All other information must be bindingly submitted no later than 10 days before the beginning of the event.

Booking request
If you are interested in our rooms, please send us the completed booking request. There all the important information, we need to planyour event is listed. If a lease agreement is reached, the information given in the booking request is binding. The information may be changed up to 10 days before the event.
The lease
As soon as your booking request has been received and checked in, we promptly send you a confirmation. You will then receiveourleasein duplicate. one of whichyou have tosend backsigned up to 10 days before the event.
