The search for free and available commercial and industrial areas - no matter whether they are for purchase, rent or lease - is usually a difficult and very individual issue. The respective requirements regarding location, size, usability and price are extremely varied. Furthermore, so-called hard and soft location factors, such as special transport, planning and other factors related to the specific operating location, play an equally important role. It is for this reason that the Chamber of Commerce does not maintain its own overview of currently available plots, but instead exploits its close and trusting cooperation with the Wirtschaftsförderung Bremen GmbH (WFB) [Economic Promotion Company Bremen]. The WFB supports the Chamber of Commerce in all matters relating to the supply of plots for industrial and commercial purposes in Bremen, and advises on qualified persons to contact. In addition to contacting the WFB, talks should also be conducted with the Chamber of Commerce's specialist advisors, in order not to miss out on any source of information.
