Our Service Centre, as a central point of contact, offers a wide range of services:
- Good information is vital when embarking on the first steps towards self-employment. In this respect, we offer business start-up assistance such as provision of a comprehensive package of publications dealing with this issue, and information on whom to contact for expert advice.
- The Service Centre also includes a section responsible for certification and carnet work. Here you will obtain those forms necessary for the import and export of goods and other items. Our team will advise and support you on the issuing of, and application for, documents. The Service Centre also provides the latest information on customs issues and legal regulations which are to be observed when exporting to other countries.
- Our team provides additional important information such as, for example, dates of trade fairs, and as part of our service we also sell entrance tickets for trade fairs.
- You can take advantage of our numerous up-to-date leaflets and brochures, as well as statistical information.
- Our Media Centre in the Haus Schütting is only too happy to assist you in finding suppliers. The Service Centre will inform you of the relevant person to contact.
